Again, We just
want to say thank you to you. We had a great time, but still have a lot
to practice, We know !!!
We will always
carry with as the taste of fresh made mozzarella from Jose, And the
passion in your mission to give everyone the pleasure of pizza, We had
almost forgotten the taste of the true Neapolitan pizza, But you've got
the taste.
What a great
learning experience! Jose was just so great, very patient with every
process to ensure we were able to do each procedure. Peppe jumped in and
taught us great procedure and Donato taught us the wonderful history of
pizza Napoletana.
